The video basically talks about three phases that anyone can follow in order to have a successful content Marketing that includes promoting a product of a particular brand or just stimulating interests in its products or any other services. The first phase is about publishing and posting regularly about the brand in any medium of our choice ; we can post either articles or make videos to better explain . Second, syndicating the content, which means distributing it from one site to another to gain more attraction for the product. The third phase is about offering help and giving a lot of true and free information about the product besides promoting it ; this way the audience will develop an interest for the products and feel that not all promoters offer help and give free information . I chose to talk about this video because it relates to our class content especially that we deal with social Media . In addition, as social Media includes bloggs , platforms, softwares .. it can be really helpful in terms of promoting my product , as well as starting a personal business and attracting audiences in a short amount of time . Also, possessing websites and bloggs will grow my business in the future .

2.The video basically talks bout how to hire a personal assistant digitally that can help you when your business grow . It does not matter if the person is close to you or far away from tour current location, you can actually find an excellent person through5 steps . First you should be specific about the person, meaning do not just look for someone who has a great website or a great history in projects and take him or her as an assistant ; you should be specific about the person in terms of specific skills . In addition , you should have a specific job description so that the person who applies for the job is actually meeting all the criterias, as well as asking question in the job description Third , you start publishing and reaching people who want to work . Fourth, when you get people’s request, reread heir answers about the questions you put so that you can assess them in terms of time they give for answering the question , their experiences, as well as the time they are willing to devote to the work. Last, contact them directly or get them on the phone to have a real contact , this will help you know the person more . the way this is relevant to my class is thaT maybe I will need a personal assistant when I grow my business in the future , that ‘s why I should know how to choose one carefully that will help me make more profit !

As there are adds on both Facebook and Instagram , we are normally confused about choosing the right platform that will be able to convey the cost per click, per lead , and per costumer. These tools can determine whether we can receive money through platforms or not . Indeed we have to know that the people who are considered to be audience are different from each other so the outcomes of processing the campaigns for each person will be also different . Miles organized a campaign for both Facebook and Instagram and he confirms that the cost per lead is the number that a person needs to monitor. In Facebook, the campaign is processing 12 cents per click on adds because the level pay per click is 12 cent each , whereas cost per lead is 40 cents for each meaning that he receives a lead on his email when he spends40 cents; therefore, he runs money and sales. He says that Facebook makes him 12 cents clicks an 40 cent leads. Comparing to Instagram, he begins with 75 cents per click until it increased to 80, then the cost per click was 40 cents , which makes it 7 times more expensive . In addition , the cost per lead is worth 2$ from instagram , so he is paying pretty much 5 times as much money for a lead on instagram as he does on Facebook. He can not continue to pose money on a platform that can not bring him leads under 80cents . While having 40 cents on Facebook , it indicates that he has been tracking for a long time which means he spends a lot in one moth on Facebook as he receives important leads; however, on Instagram he can not afford the leads for a long time . He tried to run campaigns on Instagram for days to test if the 2$ per lead number can go down to a level that will allow him to continue the business through running adds , but actually it didn’t, so he chose to process advertising budget on Facebook

The video mainly discusses the various kinds of Facebook campaigns which are three: The pay per click, pay per commitment, and pay per change and these need to be tested in order to figure out which one is the best . The objective of the video is to have the option to pick and match the campaign in order to acquire the  results we are seeking .
First, Pay per engagement is about commitment, unlike pay per click that is about the clicks. For commitment, Facebook triggers people who want to commit .through experiencing  socioeconomics and everything that shows who is willing to commit, the concept of engagement is useful when someone wants to achieve subscription or comments, so Facebook can convey a decent profile for the campaign we choose.
A few people prescribe to begin with pay per commitment, but it is not viable to set up conversions after acquiring commitment, this is when we should wonder about  when to use  commitment?  While  doing  the pre-launch campaigns. For instance, we track something after we launch it for 14 days through having a progression of engagement through videos .
It is sensible to utilize pay per commitment to keep up with those videos. Conversions based campaign  is useful when we want to  receive money and more subscribers .The cost per click  can be utilized when we want to achieve a ´´two-advance  ´´method otherwise ,we use a marketing campaign  by sending  a client to our site in order for them  to have an idea on the content ,  afterward we  target them again by running two  detached.
Running a campaign on Facebook can be beneficial in terms of knowing which people are interested of our campaigns , as well as visiting our site.

Ethnography study : https://www.instagram.com/louisvuitton_international/

I chose to write about the fan page of the worldwide brand   ´´Louis Vuitton´´. This is not an official page of the brand, it is just aa fan page where the products of the brand are being posted. First, the dominant color in the page is brown which is the famous color of the brand. Second, the theme is basically about fashion and beauty that concerns both women and not men. Third, the type of products that are being posted are shoes, bags, bells, outfits, decorations used for different items such as phone cases, gloves, Christmas trees, sunglasses, cigarette packets, food packets…. These products that are being posted are owned by customers from a specific social class, which is the upper one. The age of these people differs, as we find few children and a lot of young people who wear this brand. According to the location of the posts, most of these people are European, from France, Italy, Switzerland…it is obviously that these people belong to the bourgeoisie class. Concerning women, I have not noticed a woman in a working environment, most of them post their pictures while doing fun activities such as shopping, enjoying their time fin in cafes, or going on fun rides with their luxurious cars. This rises many pain points that reside in disturbing the community members. According to people who share comments in these posts, are people from the middle class and few of them from the lower one. Indeed, they keep criticizing these people a lot. First, they criticize why these people spend a lot of money on objects that are not important, for example, buying a decoration of the Louis Vuitton brand to decorate cars or Christmas trees. Second, they criticize why these people share their possession of this luxurious brand saying that is it really painful for some people, especially that some of them do not even have what to eat or to consume per day. Another comments by the community members are based on their wishing to have a luxurious life like those rich people and expressing their admiration about the beautiful outfits.

Book summary :

Contagious : Jonah Berger

Contagious, is a book written by the creative and thoughtful writer Jonah Berger and was published on May3, 2016. It is one of the

New York Times bestseller that illustrates why some products or ideologies go public and become very popular; it is basically

answering questions such as: for what reason do individuals talk about specific items and thoughts more than others?

for what reason are a few stories and bits of gossip progressively irresistible? Furthermore, what causes online substance to become

a web sensation? It is about attention. Indeed, if we want individuals to focus on our posts, at that point we need to comprehend

their psychological minds behind what makes them share our posts; to achieve so, Berger suggests six principles that make ideas

popular and easily transmitted: Social Currency, Triggers, Emotions, Public, Practical Value, and Stories.

Social Currency:

It is basically about the fact that individuals post things and ideas that allow them to appear good in the eyes of the others. He

suggests three ways in order to make people talk about something. The first thing is the inner remarkability, that is to say that a

product or an idea has to be remarkable and extraordinary, so it has to be astonishing and appealing through breaking an example

that people have generally expected. Second, the leverage game mechanics, which are the components of a game such as an

application, or a program including rules that make them convincing which empowers comparison among people in society;

these game mechanics allow people to feel proud about their performances. Third, selectiveness causes individuals to feel like

insiders, it is when individuals get something not every other person has, it causes them to feel exceptional.

Triggers:

It is basically about making an idea or a product remembered.

As social Currency gets people to talk, triggers keep them talking. Any product or idea should be triggered by considering the daily

environment of the audience, this will make them think more about the product or the idea, and while choosing a trigger, we have

to choose one that appears regularly.

Emotions:

We have to center around sentiments and feelings; the hidden feelings that make individuals take activity. Regarding the positive feelings, we have to energize individuals by giving them how they can have any kind of effect and make changes. On the pessimistic point, we have to make individuals wild but not depressed.

Public:

It is about the fact that a product or an idea should be visible to the public

One approach to make things increasingly open is to structure ideas that promote themselves. Planning products that publicize themselves which makes them a recognizable proof that stays significantly after individuals have utilized them

Practical Value:

It is about sharing something that is beneficial and advantageous.

Individuals like to go along with helpful data. Offering beneficial data make things infectious and encourages social alliance. Social Currency is about data senders and how sharing makes them look, Practical Value is for the most part about the data recipient. Accessibility also matters in a way that   the reason limiting accessibility through shortage and selectiveness causes things to appear to be progressively important. It is important to note that it is about information and audience at the same time.

Stories:

Virality is most significant when a product is part of a story to the point  that individuals can not tell a story without referring to it .That implies making the thought  an important part  of story -telling.

In Contagious, the author offers important elements that need to be taken into consideration if we want our content to be popular all over the digital space
